With and specific focus on risk and changes mitigation..**Responsibilities and Job Functions**:- Ensure that all contract and risk management activities are timely and accurately monitored and carried out, while protecting Engie's and/or any of its affiliates' interests throughout the full project construction lifecycle.- Support **Claim Management**, in full coordination with the Project Team, to:- Identify and maintain an updated facts and events traceability matrix,- Prepare claims / change orders as they arise, requesting additional LDs, cost, or time compensation to contractors.- Review and challenge any claims from contractors.- Develop the negotiation strategy and support negotiations of change orders / amendments.- Prepare, update, and finalize any required event claims (_e.G., _Force Majeure) / change orders / amendments to the offtaker(s), Fully document any material events which may result in formal dispute, as required by the legal team, to ensure Engie's position.- Verify contractors fully comply with Engie's standards on ethics and anti-corruption.- **Regarding contractor/supplier relationships**- Provision of contractual advice to Project Team (_e.G
