**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Contract Administrator, you will be supporting the financial details of the projects and collaborate with Project team. This requires working independently and across teams with varied strengths of various skills in Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Tax, and Accounting. Clear direction and communication are paramount to ensure accuracy of our financial performance and upward feedback on cost deviations. Various processes and guidelines will be applied, using different digital platforms, and ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Ensures the compliance with the LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
- Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP
- Ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus the local GAAP requirements in all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
- Together with the CPM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
- Supports the CPM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities - taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
- Support commercial project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity.
- Handling of Sub-supplier and Contractor purchase orders, check proper timing and cost accuracy of supplier invoices, as well as cost controlling for the project.
- Support on documentation for customer invoicing
- Support with all other financial and commercial aspects of the project such as tax issues, bank guarantees, L/Cs, insurance claims etc.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance related field; Economics, Business or Accounting preferred; CPA, MBA or MS a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Project Finance role
- Detailed understanding of GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, Power BI & Power Query, as well as strong analytical skills
- Work independently, capable at multitasking and meeting deadlines; great teammate and open to learn.
- Fluency in English
