Nielsen is looking for several seasoned Contract Analysts for its Audience Measurement, Gracenote & Portfolio businesses. This position will be responsible for all contract related licenses, associated correspondence and required paperwork from contract request through contract termination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting agreements requested by client service teams.
- Reviewing contracts for compliance and risk mitigation prior to countersignature by Nielsen including financial terms, applicable underlying master base agreements for additional products/services/software, accepted legal language, accepted client changes and client entity associations, rate guidelines, etc.
- Comparing SF contract records and transmittals against contracts for countersignature to ensure all product and service information aligns prior to reaching the billing and fulfillment teams for invoicing and client delivery.
- Vetting contracts to VP of department for approvals and countersignature or through to Sales matrix signatories.
- Administering Contracts via shared drive with billing team.
- Entering MSA and Large Station Group contracts into relevant contract databases under department leaders' direction.
- Overseeing termination report and extending system activity and termination dates into relevant contract databases when contracts are pending signature in accordance with approval guidelines.
- Entering rush documents into contract databases for activity in accordance with approval guidelines and ensuring new Clients have been added by the Master Data Governance team via SF and appear in necessary process databases.
- Reactivating contract statuses for downstream ID access.
- Billing maintenance form reviews to ensure proper billing based on individual contract language
- Attend Department meetings with billing team and Revenue Controller -External Usage tracking and billing
- Internal customer service and report usage and billing
- A/R reconciliation for subscriber billing
- Working with GN Brazil team to obtain quarterly CPI% and ensure billing is updated

**Qualifications**:

- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working with customer contracts; preferably within data publishing and entertainment areas
- Be proficient in the English language
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and very good with numbers
- Have a College/University degree-have experience working with U.S. based clients
- Be familiar with television & radio stations, digital companies, agencies, advertisers and broadcast networks, all located in the U.S.
- Pay exceptional attention to detail
- Be a team player and work closely with the Contract Management, Billing, Fulfillment, Client Service, Product and Legal teams.

**Work Schedule/Hours**:

- Work hours are five days a week, 9AM to 5PM ET except where specific work is geared toward West Coast and MidWest clients and business partners' hours in accordance with time zones. Flexibility to be on call for the West Coast is necessary when handling digital contracts.
