ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.**The team**:The Contracts Services team coordinate, develop, and execute all client/sponsor contracts and change orders for newly awarded and on-going projects at ICON Clinical Research, in line with ICON Policies and procedures, and support the approval and execution of those agreements by the authorized individuals.**The role**:We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our friendly, collaborative and growing team. In this role you will be using your strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail in the review, development and coordination of contracts and change orders (contract amendments).**You will be**:- Coordinating. reviewing and developing contracts and change orders for newly awarded and on-going, single service and consulting projects at ICON- Working simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or change orders- Interacting with internal teams such as ICON Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, as necessary, to determine appropriate terms and conditions to be included in the contracts and change orders- Developing a foundational understanding of ICON Costing Tools and how budgets are built, client budget grids and any tools and templates developed within the Client Contract Services Group- Developing and maintaining working files and folders- Tracking open items in ICON's CRM system (Salesforce)**You will have**:- Bachelor degree completed with professional diploma.
