In your new role you will:- Be the first point of contact for all business contract-related inquiries, clarifying all issues before and after the conclusion of the contract.- Have overall contract project management responsibility with worldwide customers, partners, and suppliers.- Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional negotiation teams, leading contract negotiations, strategic projects, and customer meetings.- Consult with division contacts on the status of contract negotiations and contract topics.Identify and assess risk-related areas during the contract negotiation and life cycle with the required internal stakeholders.You are best equipped for this task if you have:- a Degree in Law, Economics, or other relevant fields of studies.- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with proficiency tolead contract negotiations.- A good aptitude to mediate and find compromises with all relevant stakeholders in complex technical and legal matters.- A good ability to identify and assess risks.- A confident attitude with a strong business focus, good presentation skills, and good problem-solving abilities.F- fluent in written and spoken English - mandatory.
