In your new role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all business contract-related inquiries, clarifying all issues before and after the conclusion of the contract.
- Have overall contract project management responsibility with worldwide customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Develop negotiation strategies with cross-functional negotiation teams, leading contract negotiations, strategic projects, and customer meetings.
- Consult with division contacts on the status of contract negotiations and contract topics.Identify and assess risk-related areas during the contract negotiation and life cycle with the required internal stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- a Degree in Law, Economics, or other relevant fields of studies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with proficiency tolead contract negotiations.
- A good aptitude to mediate and find compromises with all relevant stakeholders in complex technical and legal matters.
- A good ability to identify and assess risks.
- A confident attitude with a strong business focus, good presentation skills, and good problem-solving abilities.f
- fluent in written and spoken English - mandatory.
