Descripción Participation in defining the Asset Management Plan and service operations strategy.Defining the scope of O&M services, evaluating business opportunities, and selecting key partners.Negotiating service contracts and warranties with OEMs.Implementing operational processes and training suppliers on internal tools.Managing performance, validating service orders, and preparing operational and cost reports.Managing OEM warranties, on-site interventions, and spare parts. Perfil buscado 10/15+ years of experience in the industry (Renewable Energy, Utilities, Solar and Storage, EAAS).Experience in O&M in renewable energies is valued.Understanding of PV, storage, generators, and electrical distribution.Experience in procurement, purchasing, and negotiation.Knowledge of monitoring platforms (internal and OEM) for CMMS, ERP, and internal tools (BTGO).Expertise in customer support management, field services, and associated practices.Experience in procurement, purchasing, and negotiation.Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.Proficiency in quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodology.Writing root cause analysis and corrective action plans.Project planning and management.Must have a valid visa.Advanced English proficiency. Qué Ofrecemos Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 + benefits above the mexican law.Hybrid: work from home 2 to 3 days per weekRegular international travel.Flexibility in working hours due to different time zones
