Know more: PepsiCoJobs Join PepsiCo, dare for better. ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity The person in the role manages SAP system access for all 3rd party co-pack employees requiring a GPID. They develop and maintain PBC scorecards and provide analytical support for results interpretation, manage the CoPack Capability Database, ensure SOX compliance for systems access. They will have responsibility for the management of all legal agreements (Confidentiality agreements, LOIs, contracts, insurance certificates, etc.) for the PBNA Contract Manufacturing organization so that our organization is always in compliance with regulations and is audit ready. They will provide support for copacker daily SAP transactional issues, new copacker set ups and annual BOM reviews.
Your Impact As Supply Chain Analyst your functions would consist of:
Contract Manufacturing Systems lead for end-to-end management of the processes for Co-Packer system access and usage for over 800+ Contract Manufacturing users. Includes set up of GPIDs and SAP Portal access for all CMM's and Co-Packers and PGCS Portal access for all Co-Packers ordering kits.Maintain data integrity for all legal agreements (including contracts, letters of intent, confidentiality agreements, and insurance certificates) on Co-pack Contracts shared site. Ensure all PepsiCo co-packer legal documents are accurately maintained, indexed and audit ready. Perform quarterly and annual internal audits.Manages the data set up process.Provides SAP support to copackers to help resolve common SAP transactional errors.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management).Experience Demonstrated planning and organization skills.Fluent English is a must (Advanced).1 year experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred.Data Analysis experience.Intermediate - advanced Excel.Fluent knowledge of and use of MS Office Suite.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
