About the role:
The **Contract Purchasing Sr. Representative** is responsible of the contract purchase process, being responsible for the compliance of the response time and the quality of the review, credit policies and procedures, and the information and documentation consistence with the profile approved by the analysis area.
The purchasing area is linked to the generation of contract volume, so this role will have to proactively participate in teamwork projects.

What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, accounting or related.
- Advanced English skills (will be evaluated during interview).
- + 2 years of experience in credit origination, back office, credit analysis and/or other administrative roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Advanced level of MS Office/Power BI.
- Proficient teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience in reviewing and capturing information.
- High concentration capacity in repetitive activities and detail orientation.
- High level of responsibility and analytics skills.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Excellent service attitude and proactivity.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects.
- Provide guidance to Jr. Representatives.
- Confirmation of plans, rates and amounts to be financed.
- Detection, report and follow up of inconsistencies in information and documentation.
- Review of customer information.
- Validation of documentation and data captured in the system.
- Process routine activities with efficiency and quality.
- Lead & participate on system updates and implementations.
- Create/update reports and explain data.
