We are hiring a
**Contracts Specialist** tobe accountable for developing, in conjunction with the US Sales Organization, strategic sales contracts (secondary distribution, direct sell, global) which stay in sync with federal and state laws, minimize the corporation's liabilities and reflect current corporate policies.
**What You Will Be Doing**
You will also be accountable for review of customer bids for legal and business risks and development of bid responses to align with federal antitrust laws.
Collaborate with all levels of sales and marketing management on business and legal risks and corporate policies.
Provide direction for Assistant Contract Specialist, Sales Support Representatives and Contract Data Specialists to develop, manage, improve, and communicate contract processes and policies for the US Sales Organization.

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related.
- ** Advanced English is a must.
** (Excellent written and verbal communication in English)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in contract work.
- High attention to detail is a must.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to conduct strategic contract and bid analysis
- Must possess strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, negotiation, interpersonal and organization skill, and a strong sales orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and creative innovative and a team player

- Ability to balance multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
