Universal Language Service, Inc. is looking for 3 entry-level **Contractor Scheduler Agents.**This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive US-based hourly pay.**Job Details**- **MON - FRI and Weekends**:**6AM - 3PM** PST with an hour lunch break**1PM - 10PM**PST with an hour lunch break- Good attention to detail- Previous CRM Salesforce experience a huge plus- Heavy customer service experience making outbound calls to interpreters and to requesters- Previous dispatching experience a plus- Customer service experience making heavy outbound calls daily.- Medical scheduling a huge plus**Minimum Requirements**- English proficiency- High School completed
