**Requirements**:Required Availability:- 50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily during 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Will need to complete projects accordingly in the evenings or weekends.
Can be flexible as long as there is a majority overlap in US operating hours.- Flexibility to occasionally adjust working hours to meet operational demands.Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.- 5+ years of experience in an operational or senior administrative role, preferably in distribution, logistics, or e-commerce.- Proven experience supporting a US-based company in a remote capacity.- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience with project management tools, CRM platforms, and inventory management systems is a plus.Role Classification: Independent Contractor, 1099Core Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate specific projects to grow and operate the business across all aspects of the business.
