.Job Description:Summary:- Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics, resulting in competitive pricing analysis. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Solves routine problems with complexity and limited scope following established policies and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Partner with GPO pricing coordinators to discuss new RFP requirements for pricing, terms and conditions.- Navigate required files to obtain key details on existing price points/ASP and perform analysis on impact of new pricing required by GPO.- Develop and communicate monthly analytics dashboards to capture individual GPO or regional ASP movements and sales to pricing coordinators.- Coordinate with Contracts and Pricing team analysts to standardize ASP calculations and dashboard creation.- Perform other duties assigned by Contracts Pricing team or managerQualifications:- Bachelors Degree with minimum of 2 years of experience.- Bilingual role - must be proficient with written and verbal English skills.- Ability to read, interpret and understand medical device contract language with high accuracy- Three or more years of analyst experience.- Ability to effectively utilize various excel functions and navigate pivot tables with ease and accuracy.- Keyboard and 10 key skills to include both accuracy and speed- Ability to communicate and write routine correspondence to internal and external customers- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Oracle or similar ERP software.- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
