Learn more at www.Averydennison.Com.Job DescriptionThe IT Contracts Management Specialist will be a member of Avery Dennison's global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management (ITSVM) Shared Services team. You will work with stakeholders in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions, and your primary focus will be on strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, contract drafting, and providing support to IT Sourcing Managers. You will work on all types of IT contracts, including cloud, software, hardware, IT professional services, IT staffing, and telecom. Additionally you will support the department's vendor management program and the team's strategic initiatives. You will be known as a subject matter expert and will excel at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as IT vendors.Primary Responsibilities:Strategizes, develops, and is accountable for managing assigned projects to meet business needs.Balances time between daily operation activities and assigned strategic projects, with work performed without appreciable direction.Supports operational improvements for ITSVM.Partners with Avery Dennison stakeholders globally, and works cross-functionally and cross-regionally with operational teams and other key stakeholders globally.Manages assigned projects, engaging as the subject matter expert, providing consultation to key stakeholders, and identifying optimization/consolidation opportunities.Partners with and supports IT Sourcing Managers and the Vendor Management Program.Communicates effectively with vendors, stakeholders, internal reviewers, and finance teams.Delivers high-value, global IT sourcing strategies, including market analysis/benchmarking, vendor evaluation/selection (e.G. RFx, due diligence, Q&A, scoring), cost forecasts, and negotiation strategy (including leveraging global capability and scale).Negotiates contracts, drafts commercial terms, facilitates contract approvals, and creates and/or approves order documentation (SOWs, POs, Requisitions, etc.)
