Responsibilities:- Review, prepare the initial draft, and negotiate customer and partner-facing software, SaaS and services-related orders, SOWs, agreements, and amendments based on established guidelines.- Enforce company contracting guidelines, methodology and standard operating procedures.- Identify and escalate commercial, revenue recognition, and legal issues when appropriate.- Review non-standard terms and involve necessary teams to obtain approval.- Work closely with attorneys to support drafting and obtaining approvals for complex customer agreements.- Communicate frequently with cross functional teams including SMEs, Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, Support, Product and Operations to ensure negotiations result in optimal terms and close customer transactions.- Review executed customer agreements to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy.- Assist with the creation, updating, and maintaining of contract templates, playbooks, and SOPs.- Administrative tasks and reporting related to revenue contracts.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-related issues, software licensing, SaaS, professional services, and revenue recognition.- Support continuous process improvement company wide.- Perform other responsibilities and special projects in support of the legal team's goals and initiatives.- 4+ years of relevant experience in deal support or contract management role at a SaaS company- Experience drafting and processing contracts through a contract lifecycle- Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and communication skills- Fluent in English, both oral and written- Experience working with US based technology companies- Ability to prioritize and process high volumes of contracts to align with Sales targets- Understanding of legal, risk, and business impacts to contract language and deal velocity- An eye for detail- Ability to collaborate cross functionally and build strong working relationships with individuals in other departmentsOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
