Contracts for LATAM and WHQ (60% of the Job)Create and implement strategy and structure (people, process and technology) to absorb significant volume of U.S. based supply contract volume starting with indirect procurement and with potential for expansion.Review, negotiate NDAs, LTAs, Services Agreements, Leasing, Bailments, Construction and Sales/Distribution Agreements for:Carrier Mexico (Direct/Indirect Purchases, Employees, Construction/Special Projects, Leasing, Supplier Disputes both national and international).Transicold Mexico & Sensitech (LATAM).
Dealer/Sales Intermediary implementationOnboarding & Training (Legal)Site Audits (LATAM Travel)Negotiate Distribution AgreementsImplement Contract Lifecycle Management Project for LATAM Sales.SSS Carrier (Specialized service agreements, employee agreements, intercompany loans/payments, etc.).
Empresas Carrier (treasury, loans, intercompany, recapitalizations)WHQ purchases for both direct and indirect services where Mexico does majority of purchases.WHQ AgreementsDPO required by Law covers both employee/supplier requests.Data investigationsPersonal Data BreachesPrivacy Notices/ComplianceData Transfer AgreementsData mappingSpecial Transformation ProjectsIncoterm Expert, ITC contact point.
