**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards in accordance with US GAAP for all factories.
Oversee 4-5 staff AP/AR, accounting clerk and administrators and work with local controlers- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the company's value.
Maintain or upgrade current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures**Experiência y requisitos**- Minimum of 10 years work experience as Accounting Manager or Controller - Experience in a Manufacturing environment- Supervisory experience- Must have experience performing financial analysis- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft Access would be helpful but not required)- Working knowledge of MS-Office products, Windows XP, Vista, Windows XP Operating SystemSkills in:- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections- Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
