**Generic description**Supervision, control and development of the administrative, economic and financial activities of the company to provide service and information to the different areas on financial performance, as well as keep the management informed of the financial situation of the company for timely decision making.**Specific responsibilities**- Develop the Comptroller's staff to manage and control the different activities under their responsibility.- Financial planning of the company such as budgets, forecasts and cash flows in order to make proper decisions.- Report the results of the company to the Plan Manager and the Corporate giving the necessary explanations and comments to them.- Help achieve the profitability and financial objectives of the company set by the Corporate.- Inform the management and management about the financial situation of each of them.- Supervise that accounting transactions are carried out in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (NIF).- Supervise compliance with the different laws that correspond to the corresponding legal entity.- Develop, implement and control the fulfillment of the objectives of the financial area.- Provide technical support and advice on the financial system to the different operational areas.- Develop and implement the reporting system and key indicators in the functional area.- Represent Shiloh de Mexico before official, private and community organizations in direct relation to matters within its functional area.- Cost reduction valuation.- Comparative reports vs forecasts & budgets- Control of financial stability and safeguarding of financial assets and investments.- Develop the areas of finance to improve procedures and controls.- Control, reconciliation, maintenance and integration of information systems.- Full compliance with tax obligations, as well as those related to the foreign trade laws that apply.- Tax returns, tax audits, IMSS, Infonavit, local and state taxes.- AP AR /Costs /Inventories /Assets / Accounting / Taxes.- Record and control the Financial Statements for decision making at local and corporate level: General Accounting of the company, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cash Flow.- Fulfillment of the objectives of Shiloh de México (Satisfaction to shareholders, customers and staff).- Meet or improve the budget of your Area.- Safeguard the company's assets.**Reports to handle**: Reports for corporate financial origin for decision making: Weekly Dashboard, Daily cost tracking, P&L monthly analysis, Monthly KPI's, Productivity Improvement Report.Annual budgetAR/APInventory cost (RAW, WIP, FG)
