MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial planning of the company such as budgets, forecasts and cash flows in order to make adequate decisions.
- Help achieve the profitability and financial objectives of the company set by the Corporate.
- Supervise that accounting transactions are carried out in accordance with the Financial Information Standards (NIF).
- Supervise compliance with the different laws and regulations that correspond to the corresponding legal entity.
- Develop, implement and control the fulfillment of the objectives of the financial area.
- Cost reduction valuation.
- Comparative reports vs forecasts & budgets
- Control of financial stability and safeguarding of financial assets and investments.
- Develop the finance areas to improve procedures and controls.
- Control, reconciliation, maintenance and integration of information systems.
- Full compliance with tax obligations, as well as with regard to foreign trade laws that apply.
- Tax returns, tax audits, IMSS, Infonavit, local and state taxes.
- AP AR / Costs / inventories / Assets / Accounting / Taxes.
- Register and control the Financial Statements for decision-making at the local and corporate level: General Accounting of the company, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cash Flow.
