POSITION OBJECTIVE
Resource management to maintain and improve productive equipment in the area of control,
automation and robotics. Interaction with the different productive departments for joint
support, resulting in the operation of the equipment, in addition to the execution of preventive
improvement in control in order to improve metrics such as OEE, Availability, MTTR, MTBF,
Scrap, Etc.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly budget management (OPEX).
Evaluation of the metrics (MTTR/MTBF).
Staff management for floor support.
Management of work orders (Corrective/Preventive) using ERP software.
Inventory control in control equipment.
Management and justification of improvement projects (CAPEX).
Application of methodologies for problem identification (8D's, PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Why's).
Support for the introduction of new projects.
Identification of obsolete systems and change management.
Meetings with the multidisciplinary team for problem solving.
Floor support for fault diagnosis (Robots, PLC, CNC).
Availability to rotate shifts.
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy
Ensure a good work environment by following up the Officevibe tool.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Control, Automation, Robotics and Electronics.
**Experience**:
Min. 8-years experience in production or support areas related
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
