As the **Control, Documents and Programs Lead**, you will be responsible for document control and program management for the assurance, control, traceability and safekeeping of technical engineering documents (calculation reports, drawings, etc.)
and progress control documents, as well as validation of activities in accordance with the documentary deliverables program and scheduled activities of the participating companies (contractors) during the execution stage.
This position reports to the Project Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Document the risks and requests for preventive or corrective action in the execution of works.
- Generate an internal base for the safekeeping and traceability of documents, as well as access according to the function of the participating personnel.
- Identify, classify, register, safeguard, and distribute the deliverable documents developed in the project.
- Control and record the changes in each of the documents required in the project
- Report to the Project Manager progress, current and possible deviations in the execution of the project in accordance with the scope, specified times, and requirements established by PPG.
**Qualifications**
- Level of education: Industrial Engineering or related
- More than 06 years of work experience in document control and programming of infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of design and visualization software in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of national and American norms, regulations, best practices and standards
- English language 60%
