.**Description****The Control Engineer **supports operations on resolution of failures and improvements for performance results, focused on equipment and its programming. Start-up and ramp-up of new projects, participation in meetings or discussions of designs for NPI or transfers. Changes and adjustments for installation in transfers. Support in 8D's or customer claims for installation of poka yokes or solutions to these. Support for projects to improve safety, delivery, downtime and machine cycle time. Reconditioning in obsolescence and technology changes. Exchange of knowledge with collaborators in the engineering area.**What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Support for the operation and its deliverables, performance, rejection, downtime, efficiency and availability in relation to equipment and its programming.- Support in projects related to the operation. Programming, fault resolution and improvements. Motan, MIR, DAIFUKU.- Participation in the design stage and pre-arrival at the plant for new projects and transfers. Contributing, challenging the supplier or plant of origin with its programming and engineering perspective.- Start-up and ramp-up of new transfer projects, integration of peripherals and automation systems.- Make the necessary adjustments to the transfer equipment prior to production. Electrical changes, tires, reconditioning, etc.- Participate and support all activities related to the improvement of processes, quality, Human Resources, etc.- Migration of obsolete equipment or changes due to standardization.- Propose improvements to reduce downtime.- Continue with EHS regulations to meet the goal of zero accidents.- Support in the definition of both hardware and software standards for assembly and molding.- Contribute to compliance with the MBM Philosophy.- Surveys to define the list of critical spare parts in the area of assembly, molding and projects related to the operation Perform other related functions assigned by management. Promote cross-knowledge with other engineering colleagues.- Take actions to make the established values of the production metrics (OEE and POEE) more efficient, with the aim of exceeding expectations.- Support to the maintenance department in case of a critical or major failure.- Electrical and control changes to improve the operation in quality, performance, safety, etc.**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Bachelors degree- 1 year and a half in areas of maintenance or integration of automation equipment.- Average/desirable English (basic level reading and interpretation), use of computer equipment, interpretation of electrical and pneumatic drawings. Knowledge of quality standards,- Knowledge in sensors, automation.- Knowledge in Omron and Beckhoff PLC programming, Proface HMI, EPSON Robots, Yashkawa, Sepron and Fanuc.**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics or related engineering
