**Control Engineering Team Leader**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule the working time of the group of engineers in order to deliver programming services to our internal customers on time and quality.
- Develop a training program for Control Engineers and create individual career paths for every member of the team in order to take them to the highest level of expertise.
- Develop strong relationships with our software automation partners in order to keep the team up to date on the latest technologies.
- Maintain strong links to Academy institutions with the main purpose of developing strategies to continuously attract, retain, and develop talent for the group.

- Communication Skills:_ Strong communication in English, and the ability to partner effectively with peers in other countries.
- Problem Solving:_ Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to handle and manage difficult situations with agility (fast thinking).
- Flexibility_: Be adaptable and willing to travel domestically and internationally as required to support his team during the delivery of services to customers.
- Teaching_: must have skills to transmit technical knowledge and experiences to the team.
- Leadership_: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of young engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in PLC and robot programming, with expertise in Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and Kuka.
- 3 years of proven experience leading a group of PLC and robot programmers.
- Problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and to the USA for project supervision, support, and training.
- Exceptional flexibility to manage change in project requirements and work overtime as needed.
