No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Analyze, record and provide the documentation and accounting adjustments that ensure the financial closure of the company, as well as prepare, integrate and excute the financial report in HFM system in order to provide reliable information to shareholders based in coporative polices from Pepsico.**Your Impact**As **Control and Reporting Accountant **your responsibilities would consist:- Assist with period-end close procedures including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals to ensure accuracy of financial statement during period end closing, including HFM upload.- Collaborate with PepsiCo divisions on various accounting transactions.- Prepare and record income tax journal entries- Partner with US Corporate Consolidation Center of Excellence on accounting matters.- Analyze of balance sheet reviews to ensure no unexpected financial impacts.DE- Execute financial report Pepsico (Smartview / FDM - HFM). E- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.IC- Generate clear communication with OU, Intercompany counterparts and other users throughout the region and in the SSC.IC- Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.- Support external audit requests.- Complete ad hoc projects as requested.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Accounting degree.**Experience**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (english and spanish), has the ability to collaborate cross functionally with US teams- Experience and knowledge in US GAAP (General Accountant Principles).- Knowledge desirable in the following ERP´s: SAP, HFM, S/4hana.- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook)- Experience in data analytics.- Good time management skills, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
