Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Controller Assistant located in Juarez, North Site, Mexico. Reporting to the Controller, the Controller Assistant role involves:
What a typical day looks like: Knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Cost AccountingKnow how to make account reconciliations between ledger and subledgerPrepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentationAdhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Revenue Recognition policy, and Inventory transfer policy.Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports.Financial reviews of P&L and main KOI with customer focus team (CFT)The experience we're looking to add to our team: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceIntermediate English requiredFinance or related field or equivalent experience and training.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.A background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex's business.Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and comprehension of relations of such processes at the site.What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceJob CategoryFinance
