Partner with management and colleagues to provide timely financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize performance, set KPI targets for production together with the Factory Manager, provide daily KPI analysis.
Support sales for customer communication regarding financial issues.
Controller for a United States plant, based 100% in Guadalajara.
Hands-on role| 7 years of experience as a controller in manufacturing or automotive industries Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar education.
MBA is preferred.
+5 years of experience as Controller in Manufacturing / Automotive industry.
+ Experience leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis, business cases, and improvement initiatives.
Advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
High professional communication skills.
Collaboration, leadership, environmental care, openness, and high ethics.
Advanced English is a must.
