Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for keeping accounting and financial information reflecting the company?s operation that will help the decision making process.SPECIFIC TASKS/ MAIN ACTIVITIES- Applies the accounting principles to install and maintain the operational system of General Accounting that provides reports of the assets, liabilities and financial transactions in the company- Keeps the accounting and records, or supervises subordinates in bookkeeping activities, such as the record of disbursements, expenses and tax payments, and maintaining control of inventories and purchases.- Maintains the Internal Control System and ensures compliance- Responsible for the timely closing and reporting of financial information- Responsible for the analysis and explanation of financial results against budget and forecast- Responsible for thepreparation of Budgets and Forecasts- Responsible for all internal and external audits- Key member of the local management team in identification of opportunities to reduce cost, improve processes and drive operational performance- Responsible for timely communication of necessary information or issues with superiors, headquarters, or other colleagues as required- Responsible for the formulation of the required Statutory financial statements, social security declarations, SAT, Infonavit and its presentation to the respective offices.- Monitors the employees?
liquidations and controls the transfer of funds for bank balance control.- Verifies contracts, purchase orders, receipts and supervises the preparation of reports.- Keeps the Financial Operation Procedures and is responsible of generating finance reports.- Trains, evaluates and assigns tasks to the Finance personnel.
