Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are seeking a unique individual to lead the Finance function at our Mexico Contract Manufacturing location. The Controller will be primarily responsible for supporting Tijuana Site, Mexico location. This role will rely heavily on world-class analytical capabilities and business acumen coupled with an ability to quickly develop and help implement identified improvement opportunities. We expect this role to have a continuous improvement mindset and to help drive this culture throughout the organization. At AG Industries we run towards problems and opportunities to drive business results. This position is responsible for driving all facets of operational finance for our manufacturing location. Our Finance leaders provide decision support and an analytical skillset to support our lean manufacturing efforts, drive productivity, and establish KPIs. In this position you will have the opportunity to: - Implement finance processes and policies, adhere to local and corporate policies and procedures.
