.Responsibility for all financial statements for the HTA business (Tijuana & San Diego) as well as compliance of regulatory agencies and control environment. Act as a business partner with the HTA VP & General Manager reporting to the Global Manufacturing Controller.ResponsabilidadesMonthly, Quarterly Financial Reporting and forecasting for the Region.Lead process improvement processes in billing and inventory management in the region.Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures and GAAP, as well as the oversight of Sarbanes Oxley testing for the Region. Promote consistency in processes and procedures among the regions.Producing Annual Operating Plan for the Region.Provide financial analysis for the Region on the profitability of Completes, Installation, Service, and Parts.Analysis of customer and product line profitability, pricing and providing management with any necessary analysis for decision making.Financial oversight of the territories and providing the necessary guidance to the Finance Managers in the Territories.Work closely with credit and collections group, as well as shared service functions for the Region Scope: $50-100m.Responsible for execution and compliance of all financial standards (statutory and reporting), all internal policies and procedures related to Cost Accounting, Inventory Controls, Assets, Risk Management, and other financial related areas for HTA (Tijuana & San Diego).Lead compliance of control environment including JSOX and regulatory agencies.Responsibility for the accuracy of the HTA financial statements and statutory reports.Organize and support collaboration across departments/areas and take actions that are best for the company while providing leadership on financial decisions to enhance business results.Coordinate and execute Annual Business Plan, Monthly Forecast, Operational Metrics and Physical Inventory partnering at all times with HTA functional managers.Analyze competitive business decisions and bids, determine the impact of new products launch on current results as well as the productivity initiatives developed by regional team, track financial performance metrics.Develop solid staffing strategies related to recruiting of key personnel; talent development; team/Individual goals.Implement programs for timely development and progress of individuals. Support permanent individual feedback process.Manage day-to-day company accounts.Assist with financial planning.Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management.Ensure government compliance in all tasks.Responsible for ensuring a consistent corporate financial strategy through several avenues, such as the management and allocation of accounts, financial statements, and tax data. It will be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.REQUIREMENTS:5-7 years' experience, with 3-5 years of cost accounting expertise in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's in accounting required, MBA/CPA preferred
