.**Eaton is seeking a Controller for its Bravos Plant in Juarez, which is part the Residential and Wiring Device Division (RWD). **Location for the Controller is in the Juarez / El Paso area and serves as the finance business partner to the plant manager, providing timely and accurate financial information and direction to drive management action. This role will be heavily focused initially on tracking program financials and managing capital spend, as well as laying the foundation for the build up of the new site, including IT processes and ledger setup.**Essential Functions**:- When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we- as individuals and as a company - are stronger.- You will act as a business partner, reviewing forecasts and actual performance of financial results, business drivers, and operational metrics and deriving forward-looking insights to drive management actions to ensure we stay on time and on budget with prograM/Forecast & plan spending.- You will establish, monitor and maintain a system of internal controls that safeguards company asset and provides for integrity and propriety of financial transactions and activities. Interpret, implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures, ensure financials are reported in compliance with Eaton financial policies and US GAAP, and maintain SOX controls.- You will evaluate and drive results for activities required for the new site set up, including ledger setup, IT processes, maquila contracts and local government regulations (IMMEX, tax, etc)- You will coordinate and assist with month-end closing activities including the completion of all needed journal entries and maintain accuracy of general ledger.- You will develop and coordinate program profit plans, monthly forecasts, goals, and reports for program management, including capital tracking, variance analysis and cost control reporting including recommendations.- You will develop, implement, and continuously improve business processes and communicate effectively to prevent reporting errors. Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Maintain integrity of financial reports prepared by the plant. And you will demonstrate solid analytical skills
