Responsible for understanding generally accepted accounting principles GAAP and ensuring that our accountants are preparing journal entries and supporting documents in compliance with GAAP.- Preparation of accurate trial balances at period end and catching material variances prior to issuing reports to our clients.- Deep understanding and knowledge of how journal entries effect the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.- Deep knowledge and understanding of how to accurately reconcile US bank and credit card accounts.- Responsible for establishing quality control procedures and general oversight of all financial reports produced for our clients.- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all general ledger and financial reports prepared for our clients.- Ability to multitask and work on various complicated issues for multiple clients within the same financial reporting period.- Ability to assist the Director of Operations and clients in reviewing past work and resolving complicated accounting transactions and/or issues.- Ability to create financial reports including budgets and other reports required by our clients.- Knowledge and understanding of how to close out periods timely and meet client expectations.**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
