We are looking for a Controller to be the finance responsible for Vitro's Flat Glass Business. The role is responsible for the Financial Activity, Reporting and decision making of the business.JOB TITLE: ControllerJOB LOCATION: Monterrey and García, Nuevo LeónRESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist management with important financial decisions.- Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business.- Supervise employees who work under the controller in preparing financial reports and budgets.- Monitor a company's financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs and Inventories.- Keep up to date on the financial market to understand how to maximize profits and find new expansion áreas.- Understand the financials of a company in order to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing.- Approved demand, Plan, Forecasts for the business.- Responsible for the control environment and asset safeguard of the Mexico flat glass business.- Create, review and present business cases for Upper Management.- Minimize inventory and costs interacting with Automotive Business unit.- Reports to Mexico Regional Controller.- Helps, works and drives Regional initiatives under the direction of the Mexico Regional controller.REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree.LANGUAGES REQUIRED: Proficient English and Spanish.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 10 to 15 years of experience in the role.SKILLS & ABILITIES:- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management about the finances of the business and justify certain financial recommendations- Attention to detail- Basic math skills to make accurate calculations and estimates- Good understanding of international finance- Organization and project management- Strong analytical skills- Interpersonal and communication skills- Attention to detail for clear, accurate reporting- Flexibility to adapt to fast changing business needs- + SAP experience considered a plusSALARY: 75,000 pesos per month**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- García, N.
