Like this one._About the Role- Manages all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.Your TeamGeneral Accountant, Financial Analyst, Import - Export SupervisorWhat You Will Do- Manages the financial aspects and establishes objectives and policies for the organization.- Partner with plant management by providing financial guidance and recommendations to improve efficiencies and support business decisions- Prepares financial reports the Company related to different areas such as income, costs, expenditure and profits base on budgets and financial projections- Coordinates and authorizes the performance of reports for Government Agencies (Local, State and Federal)- Performs and responsible for the Mexican Accounting System.- Advises Management on desirable changes regarding Fiscal Law and provides advice on import and export regulations as well as on insurance coverage to protect the Company from potential losses and liability.- Formulates and manages the Department's objectives and budget, as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.- Supervise compliance of Sarbanes Oxley internal controls- Coordinates and responsible for the Shipping Department, and coordinates with Government Agencies, as well as Mexican and U.S. Customs.- Responsible for Selecting, Training, Motivating, Developing and acting as a facilitator to the Finance Staff.- Supervises and coordinates the activities of subordinates to facilitate the implementation and operation of the Company.- Supports the Management the product billing procedures.- Develops improvement projects with the purpose of optimize the metrics of the Finance Department
