Responsibilities:Execute the accounting processes and keep the accounting account analyses up to date, based on local regulations.Perform tax and administrative tasks and maintain a tax register (monthly and annual) to ensure accounting and tax compliance.Manage and perform the financial tasks of a business, including performance and operational controlling in steam turbines & generator service business in the LATAM region.Support controllers in the region to optimize processes and inform closing activities and financial statement preparation.Assist Controller in ad hoc financial reporting, variance analysis, and insights for improved volume impacts and resource allocation.Lead the finance and accounting area for a manufacturing company and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.Develop and sustain data analytic reports to ensure timely and accurate collections of accounts receivable balances; ensure timely posting of cash receipts.Conduct ad hoc financial investigations for local management.Prepare financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.Requirements:Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in Finance Audit, US GAAP, IFRS, process automation, and taxes.Fluent English (mandatory).Strong management experience; proficient in Excel andskilled in internal controls.#J-18808-Ljbffr
