The role demands that the successful candidate is efficient and effective, with strong Accounting and Finance skills who can focus on the key drivers of a decision and think through the downstream consequences. This role has tremendous growth opportunity in analytical and leadership skills and capabilities.Key Objectives of this Role:Maintain internal controls and highly adhere to company policies and procedures. This includes local statutory financials, Sarbanes-Oxley, U.S. GAAP, and internal controls.Support and lead the coordination of all internal and external financial and operational audits and address any audit findings with plant & warehousing and corporate leadership.Responsible for month-end close and reporting as will be defined, according to the corporate timeline.Prepare monthly and rolling quarterly forecasts.Oversee and manage the daily operations of the local Accounting/Finance department.Drive the site to meet or exceed all financial metrics.Monitor, analyze, and report monthly actual results against the budget & forecast.Work closely with team leadership to ensure that all financial transactions and reporting are complete, accurate, and timely.Perform frequent walk-throughs of local operations site with Plant Manager to address production and costing issues.Establish and implement short- and long-range department goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.Support plant manager with analysis, manufacturing production plans, forecast, and projections accuracy.Responsible for preparing the annual standard cost changes.Analyze and understand the manufacturing cost related to the plant and product. Develop strategies in conjunction with manufacturing to implement cost reduction actions.Responsible for CAPEX monthly tracking and CIP controls in partnership with operations.Analysis of the inventory reserves and provisions; including but not limited to slow moving, obsolete, under market, and revaluation.Qualification, Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.Solid track record in accounting and FP&A
