We are also in charge of all the regulatory and financial reports, cash management and financial operations for Nubank.As a FinOps Manager, you'll be expected to:Operate Cash Management Process for multiple companies in different currencies.Oversee SPEI/SPID daily operations as well as coordinating SPEI operators daily activities.Research and analyze technical accounting matters, including the assessment of the impact of new accounting regulation over financial instruments related as applicable for standards under a regulated environment.Manage cross-functional activities regarding accounting, reporting and systems-related partnering with other departments such as Accounting, Internal Controls, Compliance, IT, Legal among some other important stakeholders.Review journal entries for monthly accounting closing purposes, performing reconciliations and automations for financial instruments related.Manage internal and external relationships for audit jobs.Prepare daily Cash Flows.Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.Proactively identify improvement opportunities and work to implement the solutions designed.We are looking for a FinOps Manager professional who has:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar.Professional experience of 5+ years working in financial institutions either Treasury/Treasury back office positions in a Manager position.Relevant experience managing financial instruments in a SOX environment.Demonstrated experience with preparation and review of CNBV regulatory reports related to this specific field.Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to communicate well with different levels of stakeholders and management.SAP experience is desirable.Advanced English level.
