**Responsibilities**:
- Support CTO Manager to drive Controllership Transformation agenda & projects to ensure vision and strategy compliance for the next 3 years
- Understanding and translating internal and external stakeholder needs to align on priorities, define improvement opportunities and shape transformation projects
- Build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data, and insights to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for new automations in Controllership
- Support Controllership teams in identifying process optimization opportunities by leveraging automation and improvement tools (e.g.
Celonis, PowerBi, Alteryx, RPAs)
- Prepare high quality and high impact presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders, and develop business cases and implementation plans to ensure successful result delivery
- Communicating project updates in a timely and engaging way to key stakeholders
- Research and provide innovative benchmarking analysis (inside and outside PepsiCo) on new and existing technologies, best practices, etc.
to different areas of Controllership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business administration, Finance or related discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in an international company, ideally with working experience in CPG industry and/or Consulting focused on digital transformation
- Project management skills (ideal PMP/PMI or Agile certifications).
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse group of people and projects simultaneously
- Experience in control and processes
- Experience in transformation and change management projects with understanding on end to end process optimization or automation
- Project Management (MS Project) knowledge
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a highly demanding and dynamic environment as well as ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
- Analytics tools is desirable
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework
- Business-fluent proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Office including: Excel, Power Point, Project, Word, Visio
