What will you do?- You'll be team lead for Forecast and Budget planning; Monitoring actual figures and providing comments and analysis of deltas vs Budget. Develop clear and transparent financial results for decision making. Give proper support to all departments in the Factory on financial topics. Create management presentations. Lead financial controllers (2)**Responsibilities**:
- Controlling of accounts in the financials of Queretaro Factory
- Strategic Planning for Forecast and Budget
- Financial monthly reporting
- Support to other FQ areas in financial topics
- Management presentations and results
- Promote digitalization and automation

What will you need to succeed?- Fluent in English
- Analytical skills

- Expert excel user
- SAP or MRP knowledge preferred.
- Finance, Accounting, or related background
- Communication skills, teamwork
