**Controls and Robotics Manager**
Global Industry leader focus on top quality closure panel solutions to the automotive industry and on fully-integrated production system that supports our customers from product design, tool development, through mass production, is looking for a Controls and Robotics Manager.
**Key activities**
- Develop and oversee the design and integration of control systems and robotic solutions for assembly lines and production cells.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement efficient and reliable control solutions.
- Manage controls and robotics projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the reliability and safety of automated manufacturing processes.
- Oversee troubleshooting activities for control and robotic systems, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures for sustained system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, manufacturing, etc., to achieve seamless integration of control systems with overall business operations.
- Keep abreast of advancements in controls and robotics technology relevant to the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies for potential implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in controls and robotics, with a focus on industrial automation in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI (Human Machine Interface) design, and robotic programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of automation and control system architecture.
- Proven experience in managing controls and robotics projects, including planning, execution, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing controls and robotics in the automotive manufacturing sector.
- Leadership qualities to guide a team of engineers and technicians effectively.

- Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday
