Development of preventive maintenance routines, development of diagnostic procedures for fault resolution. Ability to train internal staff. It must be customer-focused, planned and organized, innovative thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:Ensure that the scope requested in the requirements for new equipment are met. Supervise national and/or foreign contractors and/or suppliers to comply with the provisions of the scope defined in the purchase order and/or contract. Ensure the proper functioning of machines and equipment. Supervise the correct execution of preventive maintenance, avoiding the degradation of machines and equipment. Comply with the provisions of the Environmental Work Instructions (WI's) and Environmental Procedures (OP's) applicable to the area, in order to care for and preserve the environment. ISO 14001 / Environmental Management System. Know and comply with the Company's Safety Regulations, to prevent accidents, avoid unsafe acts and conditions. ISO 45001 / Occupational Health and Safety Comply with the stipulations of the Individual Employment Agreement, Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Regulations, in order to maintain discipline, order and harmony in the Company.
