.**Job description**Controls Engineer PositionFives DyAG Mexico is looking for an experienced Controls Engineer for a direct hire position in- Silao Guanajuato area.Fives DyAG, Silao, GtoControls Engineer is Responsible for technical support: design, develop, and control of automated systems for the manufacturing industry focusing in filling, testing, and sealing automation.**Esencial Duties & Responsabilities**:- Create and start-up of Industrial control systems, design of Software, PLC, HMI screens, for different Industries.- Configure the tasks in the Eflex, FACS and OEM server and ensuring the correct installation of stations in the servers.- Develop the Interfaces of the robot and other Devices, carry out the programming of the PLC and the system.- Design and implement automotive systems, ensuring their correct electrical and pneumatic execution.- Analysis of electronic and electrical control systems for the design of automation machines.- Provide technical assistance at the sites where machinery and equipment are implemented.- Design, debug, and run support for stations.- Create system controls, time frames and their interpretation for electronic systems.- Ensure that systems are designed and programmed according to customer specifications.- Assist the manufacturing manager to achieve goals and objectives of the department.- Ensure that projects are completed in the specified time and quality.- Follow the standards and specifications for the design of hardware and software of the end user.- Support manufacturing and service at the debug and installation startup phase.**Key Position Requeriments**:- Proficient to Rockwell Allen Bradley (Controllogix OR RSLogix) or Siemens Step 7 (TIA Portal, WinCC) PLC programming- Knowledge in Siemens S7, TIA Portal Siemens HMI, SIFACS, integración de EVision- Expert in Control Engineering / PLC / HMI programming- Knowledge in Allen Bradley Rockwell, Panel View HMI, Portal TIA Siemens HMI, GFACS, EVision integration, Eflex Server- Knowledge Motion controls experience with different types of servo drives and variable frequency drives.- Available to Travel and / or Change Residence for extended periods**Experience**:- **3+ years of Rockwell Allen Bradley (Controllogix OR RSLogix OR Studio 5000) or Siemens Step 7 (TIA Portal, WinCC) PLC programming experience.**:- **3+ years of Controls Engineering/PLC/HMI programming experience for the automotive industry strongly preferred.****Salary**: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Silao, Gto.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Uniformes gratuitos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Silao, Gto
