Controls Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop thermal control systems, including hardware and software components.Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to predict system performance.Develop and implement control algorithms to optimize thermal management.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate thermal controls into products.Perform testing and validation of thermal control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to thermal performance.Document designs, test results, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal management technologies.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in thermal control system design and development.Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD) and simulation software.Experience with control system design and implementation.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience with thermal management in Data Center or Mission Critical environments.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management.Familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDSVarious time spent in raised floor/non-raised floor environment so ability to handle fluctuations in temperature and noise (with hearing protection).TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED10%#J-18808-Ljbffr
