.**Job Description**:What you will do?In this role, you will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities:- You will conduct appropriate checks and tests, and communicate evaluation of results- Recommends solutions to problems- Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions- Meets schedule and quality requirements- Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements- Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices- Maintain frequent contact and collaboration in other areas outside of working group- Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment- Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project. Has knowledge and ability to implement GMS principlesMaintain the backups updated of the electronic equipment using UDC system.- Inventory of the controls diagnostic equipment, tools and software.- Continuous development of technical skill according to the versatility chart, technical training.- Maintain and trouble shooting of the manufacturing system functionality ( PMC, ANDON, FLEXNET ).- Generate technical reports of trouble shooting process and improvements implemented.- Attend meetings and follow up: TIP continuous improvement, teamwork, manufacturing systems, safety.**Work Appropriately**On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis**Additional Job Description**:**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree: Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer and all Engineering related.- Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years.- Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).- English Level: Advanced.**Key Skills**:Preferred Qualifications:Interpretation of Electrical drawings.Electrical specifications and standards.Siemens S7 PLC Programming, trouble shooting.Siemens 840D Solution Line Programming, trouble shooting.Siemens HMI configuration.Networks Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet communication and configuration.Fanuc Robot Programming, trouble shooting.Vision systems: Cameras, Scanners.Just so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
