(Powertrain Assembly)- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a highly functional environment.- Excellent organization and coordination skills with the ability to assume leadership and deliver resultsMain responsabilities- Ensures compliance with the maintenance system and monitors its operation- Validates that control systems works according to the process specifications, quality, safety and adherence to automation and controls standards.- Keeps Ford IT/OT software updated and connected- Supports the diagnosis and solution of failures during dayli production, as well as the investigation, follow-up and elimination of root causes through action plans.- Prepares instructions and/or procedures for equipment maintenance, as well as troubleshooting for automation and control systems.- Ensures the requested programming and control modifications are carried out in a timely manner, and through the appropriate documentation.- Coordinates internal interventions of departments (IT, Core controls, Control Engineering) and external support (Inetragrators and 2nd Tiers)- Maintain the operational availability of the machinery in terms of software and hardware- Responsible for cybersecurity and patching of operating systems- Keeps all backups and restore systems in Autosave and/or corporate storage systems at the latest update level- Manage and plan specialized technical training in Control, Robotics and Automation- Review inventory levels for critical robotics and control systems- Strategize the implementations of new technologies that help mitigate downtime and process improvements in terms of quality and cost- Lead technological change to support the operability of aging hardware and software
