**About this opportunity**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. This role is centered around the core responsibility of successfully managing implementation services in various aspects such as scope, time and resource planning, and reporting. This individual also supports commercial engagements and ensures comprehensive observance to group directives, legal and financial mandates, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, privacy, and approved processes.

- Efficiently organize and coordinate work, driving towards flawless first-time execution.
- Continuously track and manage change versus KPI's through relentless measurements.
- Conduct acceptance procedures to secure timely confirmation and payment in compliance with designated terms and conditions.
- Guarantee the quality of implementation work by ensuring it meets both customer and Ericsson standards.
- Proactively address any non-compliance to customer and Ericsson guidelines and standards.
- Regularly provide reports on progress and deviations, contributing to workforce and cost management.
