**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to join our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing website traffic and user behavior, conducting A/B and multivariate tests, and implementing changes to boost conversion rates across our digital platforms. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing user experience and maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze User Behavior: Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Testing Strategies: Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve key metrics such as conversion rates and revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement changes that drive business growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to monitor performance and provide reports on test results and ongoing experiments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new trends and best practices in CRO and UX design, developing a testing roadmap for continuous enhancements.
- Reporting Insights: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve user engagement.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: BA/BS or equivalent working experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using smart CTAs and smart form features for optimizing lead profiling; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Critical-thinking skills are vital for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advanced English
- Onsite position GDL only
- Experience with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms for conducting tests.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping to identify key conversion points
