**_The objective of this position is to deliver the ProfitCoach Experience (customized solutions, ease of doing business, and extraordinary service) through accurate, timely and efficient client chart of accounts conversions.
Expectations will include achieving mastery of the NARPM chart of accounts, assuming full responsibility for preparing for client calls, and assuming full responsibility for completing the initial conversion work (chart of accounts changes) for client conversions.
Additionally, you will be assisting with creating and maintaining KPI dashboards for clients, generated from their converted chart of accounts.
