Operations Management:- Supervise and manage the activities, to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.- Plan and execute daily activities, assigning responsibilities and optimizing the operational model.- Manage communication with stakeholders and address maintenance issues and staffing shortages.- Manage human resources and collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality and efficiency of supplies.- Comply with quality standards, safety regulations, health norms, and local laws.2.Budget Management and Expense Control:- Manage budgets, analyze financial information, and control sales and profits.- Drive growth opportunities by developing and launching new products, services, and business models.- Coordinate and report to the committee for budget validation, annual master plan, and department deliverables.- Optimize performance and profitability, mitigate risks, and propose prevention and control strategies.3. Strategy and KPI´s Definition:- Develop strategies and value for Parque La Ruina.- Keep teams informed and establish performance indicators.- Set sales objectives aligned with the executive committee.- Ensure compliance with the company's values, mission, and vision.4. Policies and Procedures:- Integrate digital or technological platforms.- Provide training and ensure the implementation of best operational practices.- Guarantee the appropriate technological infrastructure for consolidating group information.- Ensure compliance with internal policies at Kolab and provide coaching and leadership to the team.5.
