We are seeking a qualified candidate for an Analyst, Engineering to join Refrigeration Platform located at CETEC and this role will be onsite.
This role in summary
New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects for Refrigeration platform with a focus on Cooling, Ice & Water (I&W) System design & Development
Your responsibilities will include
New Product Introduction (NPI) Projects for Refrigeration platform with a focus on Cooling, Ice & Water (I&W) System design & Development
Translate product level requirements into subsystem/module/component design criteria
Develop and execute design & verification of Subsystem/Module/Components on schedule and at required cost, quality, and performance levels
Deliver critical KPIs of the Cooling I&W system (Product Leadership, Regulatory, Safety, & Premium Quality) & Manage design tradeoffs between cost, aesthetics, performance, and other design attributes.
Develop and capture knowledge required to deliver subsystem level excellence through Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), requirements capture, Design guides, Test to Fail/ Test to Learn, Simulations, A3s, etc.
Demonstrate project management skills to drive projects through the design, testing, and implementation phase in a timely manner.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3+ years of experience in Product Development
1+ year of experience with product development tools such as DFMEA ( Design Failure Mode Effect ), A3 (Problem Solving Form), DVP&R (Design Verification, Plan & Report) and Stage Gate Development Plan
1+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
Preferred skills and experiences
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Black Belt/Opex/Six Sigma certification
Systems Engineering Training/Certification
Experience in the Home Appliance industry, and in Refrigeration.
Strong analytical skills, experience in solving practical issues and engaging cross-functional teams of multiple stakeholders
