**JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinator Distribution****Role Summary**The Coordinator, Distribution provides support in all processes and activities relating to the day-to-day execution of the TV distribution team.**Core Responsibilities**- Responsible for supporting the overall licensing distribution strategy for SPT & 3rd party acquisition content in LATAM.- Develop, manage, and implement strategies for content licensing for SPT & 3rd Party acquisitions.- Build and execute pitches, concepts, and materials to ensure proper content distribution sales (Current & Library)- Utilize industry insights, observations, and historical performance data in the preparation of new business financial models on a by-project basis, working alongside ad sales teams.- Develops and maintains long-standing relationships with content acquisition providers with the intention of providing a consistent pipeline of content to their company. Content opportunities include feature-length films, TV series, formats, and licensed property content/series.- Supports development and collaborates in identifying opportunities for Original Productions for LATAM.- With the support of the Sales Planning Team, manages administration, renewal and renegotiation of contracts associated with licensed content.- Understands the competitive landscape and identifies early trends to promote innovation and seeks to be ahead of the curve.- Provide strategic and analytical guidance on all new content opportunities that support internal strategies and consumer expectations.- Foster and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive entertainment landscape globally, regionally, and locally.- Develop relationships and work collaboratively with other SPT teams: Production, Global Productions, Finance, Sales Planning, Business Affairs, P&O, Creative Services, Marketing, Scheduling, Operations and PR in LatAm, Brazil and Mexico to ensure communication, collaboration and coordination are met.- Safeguard and archive research results, marketing assets like sales decks, trailers, screening episodes and responsible for generating and maintaining a client contact database.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor's degree is required. Administration, Marketing, Communications areas.- 3 to 5 years of experience in the media/entertainment industry**Knowledge**- Marketplace conditions of Mexico, USH and LATAM- Key decision makers, influencers, and buyers- New content consumption trends by audience, research and digital platforms**Skills and Abilities**- Interpersonal communication solid oral skills and written skills are secondary- Both Spanish and English with oral fluency and solid written capability- Business development; cold calling, presentation preparation, and critic- Sharing opportunities and proactively developing new proposals- Media analysis with an understanding of quantitative and qualitative- Ability to open and close agreements/deals- Highly diligent in following up processes and anticipating needs- Create and maintain a positive working environmentLI-NT1undefined
